ROBERT L. ISRAELOFF, CPA RECEIVES
NYSSCPA DISTINGUISHED SERVICE AWARD

GARDEN CITY, NY, May 27, 2003 - Robert L. Israeloff, noted CPA, Founder and Senior Partner at Israeloff, Trattner & Co., CPAs, PC was recently presented with the Distinguished Service Award by the New York State Society of CPAs at its Annual Dinner and Meeting held May 15, 2003 at the Roosevelt Hotel. The award is bestowed to members of the NYSSCPA who have provided outstanding service to the chapter.

Over the past 35 years, Mr. Israeloff held a number of board positions within the NYSSCPA including President, Vice President and member of the Board of Directors, as well as President of the Foundation for Accounting Education (FAE) and chairman and member of numerous committees. In addition to the NYSSCPA, Mr. Israeloff has been an active member of a number of professional organizations, and has served as Chairman of the Board of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. In recognition of his many accomplishments, Mr. Israeloff was awarded the AICPA Gold Medal for Distinguished Service, the CPA profession's highest honor.

Robert L. Israeloff, CPA, MBA, AEP (Accredited Estate Planner) has been the visionary behind the growth of Israeloff, Trattner & Co., CPAs, P.C. into one of the region's leading certified public accounting, financial and management consulting firms. A noted speaker and author of numerous articles on professional issues, in 2002 he was named one of the nation's 100 most influential people in the accounting profession by Accounting Today. Post and Hofstra University Accounting Schools, Mr. Israeloff holds a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA in Taxation from Baruch College.
