PRPLI Awards Seeks Nominations

    
(East Meadow) – If there is someone in the Long Island public relations community that you think deserves consideration for one of the 2001 PRPLI Awards, we want to hear from you. Currently the PRPLI Awards Committee is accepting nominations for the following categories: 

Jack Retalliata Award: Presented to an industry leader who has helped shape the public relations landscape on Long Island. 

Outstanding Media Member Award: Presented to a journalist (print or electronic) who pays particular attention to Long Island issues and topics. 

Long Island Achievement Award: Presented to Long Island leaders, who may or may not be public relations professionals, who help promote Long Island through special events, issues, and a multitude of activities. 

Rising Star Award: Presented to a newcomer to our profession who exhibits exceptional talent and professionalism.
